Sai Vidya Institute of Technology, popularly known as SVIT, Rajanukunte, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India is affiliated to Visvesvarya Technological University (VTU), Belgavi, Karnataka, recognized by the Government of Karnataka and approved by All India Council for Technical Education(AICTE), New Delhi - was established in the year 2008 by SRI SAI VIDYA VIKAS SHIKSHANA SAMITHI which is a trust formed by and group of academicians.

The team comprises of Dr. M R Holla, Dr. Y Jayasimha, Prof. R C Shanmukha Swamy, Dr. A M Padma Reddy, Sri. R Srinivas Raju, Sri. Manohar M K and Sri. Narayan Raju.

This Visionary group is committed to develop SVIT as a paradigm within a couple of years.
