Webinar was organized for CSE and ISE Department SVIT & other college students, in order to give them an awareness about the importance of clustering in Machine Learning.  The topics discussed were - 

1. Introduction to Clustering

2. Clustering Techniques

3. K-Means Algorithm

4. Distance Matrix calculation

5. How do Dendograms work?

6. Q&A with the speakers

The talk gave an insight on How actually K-Means Algorithm works. The calculation of Distance matrix with the help of centroids. The students will be able to know how Clustering can be considered the most important unsupervised learning problem and a common technique for statistical data analysis used in many fields.so, as every other problem of this kind, it deals with finding a structure in a collection of unlabeled data. we can use clustering analysis to gain some valuable insights from our data by seeing what groups the data points fall into when we apply a clustering algorithm.  From this talk students learnt the different applications of clustering and the working of Dendogram.
