A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MoU) BETWEEN SAI VIDYA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND LAB-2-MARKET INNOVATIONS PVT LTD (AN INDIAN INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE STARTUP) 

 On 16 December 2020, a history has been created at SVIT for an advanced Research, Technological Collaboration & Development in the form of MoU, between SVIT Rajnakunte, Bengaluru and Indian Institute of Science Lab2Market Startup Company, Bengaluru. The MoU will not only enhance the research capabilities of budding engineering students of SVIT, but also provide access to the highly sophisticated Laboratory facilities for the faculties at SVIT & IISc, for conducting advanced research in Optical domain along with the elite IISc Professors. Under the MoU, two research laboratories will be established in the R & D Centre SVIT with the latest state of art Cyber Signaling and Embedded systems. This advanced research has been also collaborated with Indian Railways, Govt. of India for upgrading the Indian Railways on an Optical Fiber Networks in order to reduce the rail accidents and to address other technical issues. Moreover, the MoU will also help SVIT students for executing the paid Internship which is sponsored by the Lab2Market startup. Subsequently, the Lab2Market startup will also provide placements for the deserving engineering students those who have undertaken the research with hard work and dedication. With this, SVIT will have a paradigm shift in exploring to the unlimited research peaks, technology advancement and also contribution towards the society and mankind.
