Webinar was organized for SVITFaculties and outside other college  Faculties , in order to make them to know about

• The importance of boosting our immunity power
• To impart peace of mind
• Sitting exercises
• The power of meditation
• How to control our emotions.

In this COVID-19 pandemic situation everyone were distressed and it also very important to improve our immunity power and to enhance our physical and mental wellness the Webinar “KNOW YOU NEW YOU”  was conducted.
