30 students of 5th Semester  Mechanical Engineering students undergone 5 day Internship training Program at Bangalore Metro rail Corporation Ltd during 30th Aug 2016 to 3rd Sep 2016 (Inclusive of both days)

 The training was conducted in two modules- Theory and Site visit.  The first two days, students were trained on the topics such as 1. Planning and construction 2. Electric traction system 3. Telecommunication and information system 4. Rolling stock and Maintenance

 The next two days, Students were taken to BMRCL Depot @ byappanahalli and were trained on rolling stock, coach design and operation of Metro systems.  The training was completed on 5th day followed by Lecture by Mr. N P Sharma, Chief Engineer, BMRCL and issue of certificates. Students had good exposure to Metro rail system and were happy about the training
