The department of Civil Engineering is proud to have signed a MOU on 28/08/2017 between SAIVIDYA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND MEDINI, a Training Certification & Academic Partner for Autodesk & PTC. The MOu was signed by Director Prof. M.R. Holla, SVIT & Mr. Pradeep Kallur, Director, MEDINI.

The main objective of signing MOU is:

• To strengthen core competency skills of the students & staff in providing quality education to cultivate knowledge, professionalism and new talents for the evolving creative industries.

• It focuses in producing Certification from AUTODESK which will earn an industry-recognized credential that helps to prove our skill level and get hired.

• It accelerates our professional development and helps to enhance our credibility, career success and gets the information about the events scheduled worldwide and participates, meets different professionals and has a talk on latest trends.

• It provides sample projects, course work to help the students and validate their skills, boosts career opportunities, and builds their experience through a project focused learning experience.

• It assures quality industry oriented training program, provides CAD training, Placement services.

• Involvement of lectures in different kinds of activities such as Faculty development program which will improve their knowledge by meeting different industry people.
