Department of Information Science & Engineering and Computer Science & Engineering organized one day workshop on “Network Simulator-2” for 5th semester ISE Students on 26th September 2018 and for CSE students on 27th September 2018.

The main focus of this workshop is to train the students in the field of computer network by using the NS2 Simulator.

Sessions of workshop was handled by Prof. Abhijith H V, Asst. Prof, Dept. of ISE, Sai Vidya  Institute of Technology and Prof. Meghashri E M, Asst. Prof, Dept. of CSE, Sai Vidya  Institute of Technology, Bangalore.

In the workshop simple topology design and lab programs by CBCS scheme of VTU was covered. The workshop was completely hands on.
