Department of Information Science & Engineering and Computer Science & Engineering jointly organized an Awareness Program on “Sales Force Trailhead Technology” in association with CSI - SB on 14th August 2019. Resource person is Ms. N.A. Siri Gowri, Software Developer, UST GLOBAL, Bengaluru.  It is conducted for 5th semester students of ISE and CSE Department.  Awareness Program is focused on providing an overview on Salesforce Trailhead Technology. Salesforce Technology is basically a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) which is used to keep track of all interactions with the customers, provide better services to customers etc. The Awareness Program was very effective and informative that provides many opportunities to students for Salesforce careers.  Hands on session were conducted to students for Creating Salesforce Application with Drag & Drop simplicity.
